My name is Courtney McDonald, and I'm a real estate investor located in Bellevue, Washington, seeking to uplift my community with every investment I make.
You may already know me in the community as a bookkeeper and tax professional. It's been easy to want to get started in real estate after watching so many of my clients find success! I love that I can bring my analytical, ethical, and people-focused talents to a new endeavor. Helping others find the best path out of a sticky situation is massively important to me, and how I give back to my community after I've had SO much help from others on my own journey in life.


Why I do this
I got into this because the stories matter.
I started buying homes because I kept meeting sellers that the traditional market had no room for — people mid-divorce, people who'd inherited a house they'd never asked for, landlords who were simply done.
